Dr. Morrissey completed his undergraduate studies at St. Andrews Presbyterian College with a BS in Biology and BA in Chemistry graduating Summa Cum Laude. He attended medical school at Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine graduating with Alpha Omega Alpha honors. He fulfilled an Internal Medicine Internship at Iowa Methodist in Des Moines. He completed his four-year Diagnostic Radiology Residency at University of Utah and stayed at the University of Utah to complete his neuroradiology fellowship.

In his spare time, Dr. Morrissey enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, traveling, as well as spending time outdoors skiing, hiking and mountain biking.
