Erich Lussnig, M.D.

Erich Lussnig, MD is a board-certified radiologist with more than 20 years of experience specializing in musculoskeletal imaging. He is known for his clinical expertise, physician leadership, and involvement in academic medicine and professional sports imaging.

Dr. Lussnig most recently practiced with Midstate Radiology (Radiology Partners) as a staff radiologist at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital and Premier Radiology, where he also served as Medical Director and Chairman.

Previously, Dr. Lussnig served as Section Chief of Musculoskeletal Radiology at Endeavor Health (formerly NorthShore University HealthSystem) and as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. His career has included consulting roles with professional and collegiate sports teams, including the Chicago Bears, Tennessee Titans, Nashville Predators, and Northwestern Wildcats.

He completed his fellowship and residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and earned his medical degree from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine.
