Dr. Kathleen “Katie” Puglia is a board-certified radiologist specializing in Breast and Women’s Imaging. With more than 20 years of experience, she provides comprehensive breast imaging services including 3D mammography, ultrasound, MRI, and image-guided biopsies and localizations.

Before joining Boise Radiology Group, Dr. Puglia served as a core breast imager for 17 years at a large hospital network in the greater Sacramento area, where she participated in multidisciplinary breast tumor boards and contributed to advancing patient-centered breast care. She completed her residency in Diagnostic Radiology, fellowship in Women’s Imaging, and served as a Clinical Instructor of Women’s Imaging for several years following fellowship at the University of Utah School of Medicine. She earned her medical degree from Georgetown University, and undergraduate degree from UCLA.

Dr. Puglia is passionate about early detection, patient education, and compassionate, individualized care for every patient she serves.
